At THE PARAKEET FOR SALE HOME, we aim to ensure every customer feels confident and supported with their purchase. If you need to request a return, it must be made within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund on the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.

If a parakeet shows signs of illness upon arrival, we will review the situation and provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Any health-related concerns reported within 30 days of delivery will be carefully assessed so we can find a fair and appropriate solution.

In cases where a return is approved, the bird must be returned in its original condition along with all provided documents and accessories, using the original proof of purchase. Once received and inspected, we will proceed with either an exchange or refund based on the agreed terms.

For returns made within the first 25 days, a refund of up to 90% of the purchase price may apply, provided the parakeet is returned in suitable condition. Between 20 and 30 days, acceptance of returns is not guaranteed; however, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund of up to 80%. After 30 days, responsibility for the bird’s care and rehoming transfers fully to the buyer.
